Accessing the course, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 2: Placing Order
By placing an Order for Courses through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Article 4: Refunds
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are available under the following conditions:
Cancellation must occur within 7 days of the course commencement date.
You must provide a valid reason for your refund request.
Refunds are processed directly through our payment processor, Razorpay, to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to request a refund; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By requesting a refund, you grant us the right to discuss your request with payment processing third parties to facilitate the completion of your refund.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon registration and can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, or online payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Google Pay).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your enrollment.
